She received her Ph.D. from the University of Miami, with a focus on leadership
and research methods. Her research interests include leader/follower relationships, authentic leadership, scale development, and multi-level analysis.
Claudia’s research has been published in Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Research Methods,
and Educational and Psychological Measurement.
