Graduate Certificate in Leadership
● A. It presents a program where the experienced manager can complement their undergraduate degree with Master level courses that focus on the interpersonal skills that are cited as fundamental to management candidates at every level of management – First-Line Managers, Middle Managers, and Top Managers.
● B. It presents the experienced management candidate with an opportunity to capitalize on a certificate program and convert it into a full accredited MBA through the existing MBA programs.
The 12-hour Graduate Certificate in Leadership will provide the experienced manager with the opportunity to build and reinforce the interpersonal skills that are essential to the management role at every level – First Line, Middle, and Top Management. This program may be taken as a stand-alone certificate. Additionally, the credits may be used in partial fulfillment of a MBA offered through the Rawls College of Business.
